Today, you have made an enemy of Frank.
I would second that working out and adding a hobby should be helpful. One thing on the hobby though, I would be careful about what you consider a hobby. I have typically had some kind of side business during the last 10 years or so and it has always been something I liked doing, but also made me money. The issue is, now I actually have something that I see potential in, but it requires more knowledge (programming, web develop) and time than I have, so I basically sit in a stalled place with that. And my personality is such that it basically gets me down not making progress on things. And that has happened in a couple of other areas where I am not making progress and that fact puts me in a worse position than if I hadnt undertaken it…
So I would really focus on something you can see doing for enjoyment and purely for that. But I recognize each personality is different.
I travel most of the time for my work and often the trips have me coming back over night such that I miss a lot of time with friends, girlfriend, etc. I find it helps a ton if I get a work out while traveling and then try to use the trips to my advantage to do vacations I couldnt otherwise do. I am still having trouble though with my side projects being more of a drain…
The guy is charismatic enough to be believable. I felt so pumped after hearing that. But at some moment it won’t have any effect.
Here are some suggestions:
- Clean up your diet if you already haven’t done so. (you might want to try supplementing with maca root powder to help your stamina). Maybe add a little chocolate (70% cacao or greater)
2)Do some deadlifts and squats. this will bring up your adrenaline and testosterone levels.
-
get a bunch more sleep.
-
work in small steps. the seasons of life will come back to you. in other words, don’t force yourself onto your goals.
