Okay, so I know I’m opening myself up for some wierd answers here but oh well! To relieve the stress/pressure of the exam I: -Go for a LONG run -Leave my books at home (or at the office) for the evening after a good study session–something about the books not being with me is a great feeling What do you do?
Well mostly guys post on this forum so the answer is probably pretty unanimous.
Triple somersault in a crowded mall always does it for me.
Wow. Nice.
Masturbation. It got me through in December. However the proctor had a quiet word with me after the exam.
lol
I started laughing as soon as I saw the title. Way to exceed my expectations, Chrismath
Chrismaths… don’t get stressed-out in the middle of the exam…lol
Squash/Gym
Funniest thing Chrismath what you do actually works for me too. Once or Twice a night on week days then once on Sundays and I am good to go. But getting the right material to concentrate on is getting harder and harder.
I study after work often for about an hour or two, then go to the gym for a spin cycle class for an hour, and finally study for an hour or two more at the office before going home. Surprisingly this is working out well for me.
Metatonin : this is a great vitamin that help me sleep. It’s not a sleeping pill. – Sam’s club –
I beat my girlfriend before, after, and sometimes in between study sessions.
i hit the gym and hit the bag for an hour or two
massages, but no happy endings…
why don’t you try the suggestion in the 2005 GMAT edition on how to relieve the stress. I think its much helpful than sleeping & watching TV. It is just that you start concentrating or meditating your body & locating those parts that you seem stressed. Anyway, much better to read it. PS - I forgot the author but the publisher is Thomson Education, 2005 GMAT CAT Insider’s Guide. Its really helpful & I will do that before the AM session & in the break time.
