If my office receives 20 calls in a week from some random wholesaler, I might take one call. Otherwise, reception just tells them I’m not interested.

well, I’m still feeling my way around. You never know when somebody actually has a good product. That said, I’m extremely dubious that anybody has a better product than the few I’ve already chosen, mainly because they have a similar philosophy.
Yeah I’ve read it - in fact i think i recommended it to this group. Yuval’s 21 lesson for the 21st century draws similar conclusions.
