Why would you pass on the left, I though the UK has this whole notion of passing lane backwards. I’m confused regarding the inconsistency between street traffic and escalator traffic rules.
From what I’ve seen, the norm is different in different cities. Places like NYC and DC are much more likely to adhere to the right/left divide
