So many things wrong in this post. I know this is an old post. But for anybody else that thinks like this. Go get your degree first. It’s the bare minimum in today’s world if you don’t want to work manual-labour. The CFA charter is an extra layer after you’ve already figured out how to study from your degree. You really need your “degree experience” to be able to prepare for this exam, such as self-study, exam-taking and prerequisite skills.
