what center were you at?
milan. another candidate asked me if they were OK & seemed suprised when i said they were…
wrote in ink last year & def lost many marks
Wrote with a Frixion this year. Fastest pen I’ve used as a lefty, was surprised.
I circled with pencil and wrote the explanation with pen. Is that fine?
you mean u circled with pencil for pm or was it in am?
what center was this at?
a non-existent one because he’s trolling
I took it in Boston, used the Frixion, no one said a word. I loved the way it wrote and surprisingly the eraser worked really well. If the ink was magically erasing like people say the institute would ban them. I’m sure they aren’t storing the exams in ovens where this would even be an issue. I haven’t received any notices saying my entire AM exam was blank so unless I score under 50% on every question, I’m sure they’re fine.
it’s almost Friday! hopefully they’re past #1 part A and B by now

in the oven - probably not.
institute will send notices if entire AM exam was blank - likely not
I’m sure they’re fine - very likely yes.
Pen (gel, not that roller ball garbage). Definitely not easy for the graders to read but it is easier for me to write with.
Some of the charterholders that I know have the worst writing of all-time so I am not worried about making it easy on the graders.
can’t remember, it was a few years ago but I either used a parker gel pen or something like that. much faster and takes less effort (aka no hand fatigue in PM session)
What is the purpose of this thread after already taken exam? Can someone shed some light?

To help future candidates.

We do not know, if our candidacy is over yet.
I suggest use pen over pencil for the following reasons:
-
Speed (with pen is generally faster & smoother than pencil) - use pen which you have used in during preparation days
-
Think before you start articulating - and avoid need of erasing thereby saving time
-
Need a clear thought process to write and complete the exam to pass
-
Practice a lot with pencil to complete the paper in time (normally we all use pen in our daily life)
There is a youtube video by private perp provider - you may refer that
I think we should close this topic for now… we have long discussed this…
it now is all about the results…and what we can speculate about it and what we can do to ease the wait…
Frixion? Pencils? Parker Pens? What do you think was faster to write with in the AM?
I believe that if you think your chances of passing will depend on the writing speed difference of various devices, you have much bigger problems than which writing device you choose.

…incorrect and speculative inference is being made here…
