Isn’t the equation for the real required rate of return= real required rate of return*1+inflration rate= nominal? So, that would make the real rate of return = nominal (.171)/1.04=.1644. Then add back one for .75(.25). So that would be 1.1744=5.7? Don’t worry I think I got this wrong…whoops
