Darn my inability to create a swap to properly hedge my long UgCFA_L1 position! Would the SEC (and/or CFAI) still consider it material non-public information if you openly admit on this forum that you doubt that you passed? Do you guys think its too late to start a pool on the aggregate pass rate of users of this forum? And is it me, or could the CFAI make a whole lot more money if they capitalized on the inelasticity of the Candidate Bribe supply curve? I mean, it’s not perfectly inelastic, as the marginal benefit of the Charter would be diminished if the CFAI accepted bribes, thereby increasing the supply of a supposedly scarce resource, but still…there’s so much DWL from the imposition of a zero quota, it can hardly be considered efficient, right? OK. Nervous rambling rant over. Sorry.
