Kaplan left me unprepared!

Thank you to all the assholes that didn’t read what I was actually writing, telling me I deserved to fail, blah blah blah. I appreciate the few of you that were actually supportive. - - - - - - - - - - Dear John B*******, Congratulations. I am very pleased to inform you that you passed the June 2011 Level I CFA exam. Well done man. Enjoy your moment! Did you do anything significantly different the second time around?

Johnny Buzkill showed all the haters who’s boss!!!

Schweser is the best material you can get for Level 1.

johnnyBuz, I’d say you owe the good people at Shwesser an apology. Based on your score report, it appears that your “225 study hours exclusively with Kaplan” actually prepared you for the L1 exam extremely well.

I owe Kaplan an apology? No I think the complete douchebags on this site owe me one. Just kidding, I don’t want or need an apology. Proving the assholes wrong was sweet enough. I still stand by my statement, I didn’t feel entirely prepared. But I learned a valuable lesson, for Level II I will study more from the EOC questions/QBank considering I didn’t read a single page of official CFAI material and paid the price by fretting about it for 8 weeks afterwards.

lol i remember reading this thread right after the exam, always was interested to see if you’d pass, congratulations man, such a sweeeeeeet wiinnnnnn!!

Schweser is more than enough to pass level 1 with adequate study. I passed all three tests in order solely with Schweser and the Code of Ethics book.
