It’s funny to think that this gorilla is finally off my back. I have thought about it badly at all since exam day. So much else going in my life now, cfa is sip just not a priority anymore. There was a time when it was THE priority. That seems like a distant memory now.

Same here, my gut is usually right but there’s a first for everything. Like the test itself, I just want this to be over with. Three weeks from today…
ok now im really starting to get some butterflies…just wish they had an early release. better than butterflies for another 2 more weeks…

Kidding. How am I coping? I alternate between freaking out and forgetting results are even coming out soon. This willl be the first year in awhile I won’t be sweating bullets on a Tuesday in July waiting for exam results. But it doesn’t make it any easier. I’ve been getting back to working out and eating healthy which helps too. How are you coping? I did get that invitation to apply but I think that’s sent to every candidate that isn’t a member of their local society.
Just wanted to pay homage to the thread starter. Ha, i have been alternating between irritable and very irritable. Strange i never got that mail and im not a member. Im checking this forum far too often ha. Its been 2 months and wish time can just past faster. I need to know then get on with life!

Ive never known how well I did tests right from childhood, somehow just dont have that capability to be confident or diffident about the way I wrote exams. Its always 50-50 with me

Good for u mister dan, pass or fail ull end up with abs of steel. Pun intended. my only worry about not getting the mail was the my exam was void. Doubt that the mail i based on any kind of grading criteria.

Here in the US there are NO sports going on except for baseball, which is boring as hell and it’s only midseason anyway, so the games aren’t all that meaningful.

Thats sad to hear mate… I watch a lot of cricket (I know might not interest you), then tennis and a bit of F1… Keeps me going and I run a bit myself apart from Photography… Keeps me going for the time being, but getting increasingly difficult as each day passes.
The Gold Cup is going on in the US right now. Then the Guinness International Champions Cup starts on Saturday. Also there’s always NetFlix for series you didn’t get to see because you were studying. There’s lots to keep your mind occupied.

I just play “World of Tanks”. Free and fun as hell, and addictive, which is what I need right now.
Maybe this is an opportunity for you to expand your horizons and try new things. I spent 10 years in the US and watched what you call Football. Our football is the most popular sport on the planet. Try it, you might like it.
I did. I used to play. Just too boring to watch. Actually, just as boring as baseball.
At least in hockey wherever you are on the ice there is always a chance to score in 3 seconds.
Also, I only really cheer for hometown teams, and I don’t have a hometown soccer (football) team.

I don’t know why Japanese love it so much, i don’t get it! it’s too slow… i prefer watching basketball if i’m given a choice.
Soccer isn’t the most popular sport for nothing. If you struggle to make a sense of soccer, perhaps you should be checking yourself. The world cannot be wrong!
I think it’s the most popular sport for a couple reasons:
1-alot of the world is poor/uneducated and soccer is a cheap sport to play/easy to understand.
2-its probably one of oldest organized modern sports.
