I just bought a Dell IN 2020M and I love it. Very nice resolution and looks very nice on my desk. With my education discount, it was only $110 with free shipping. 20 inch HD widescreen. I would recommend most Dell LCD monitors actually. This is the first one I’ve bought for home, but used them for years at school and loved them.
