Level 2 Study Strategy

I am just beginning to study for L2. Is it too late already? Can someone point me to a good study strategy given the time remaining? Thanks

Yeah, I would like to know this too.

Started in early Jan (7th or 8th), I have finished Economics, Quants and the first part of FRA (review)… Have a decent understanding, but a comprehensive revision later on will be profoundly needed!

Hello,

I’m currently waiting for my December 2015 results (due next Tuesday), I decided to take the risk and start studying for L2 with Schweser’s Jump Start. I do feel that the content requires a whole different strategy than L1. For example, for L1 I had an acceptable “hit rate” on questions with just reading a little and by reviewing some problems…in my opinion it was mainly matter of brute force. For L2 though I find most topics considerably more difficult to grasp. Some questions for those of you who have already sat for L2… is schweser enough for this level, and if it is would you stick to Notes or do you consider other resources to be a must (ie. videos)?

I started with the Equity schweser book and going to finish sometime this week. I can tell you the Equity book is hard and I will definitely need to go back over it. I going to have flash cards to go over all the formula.

My strategy is to review the largest sections first Equity and FRA then Fixed Income/Alternative Investments. From there I will keep going down.

Trying to get the largest areas out first so during lunch breaks or spare time I can work problems and memorize formulas in the coming months.
