Really? I know two 780s but at that point you can’t really hold a normal conversation with them…

I had 760 too, standard white guy from a rural public high school that registered in the bottom 2.5% in the state. Not that completely uncommon. And Ramos and I are just two of the five Boston crew. So either we’re a six sigma event or it’s more common than you think.

Also, I’ve known a handful of people that scored above my 760, they were very normal, very social people.

My ‘really’ was directed at Stallion’s stereotypical comment.

Although tongue-in-cheek, that’s actually a good point. A lot of super nerds don’t realize that they are socially inept.

more a question of normal vs aptitude. smart people tend to be more apt (in their specific fields) in which case they would not be apt at judging social aptitude.
