When something like this deal happens, how drastically does it alter the models that have been built? Is it just small assumption changes with respect to tax rates and dividend payouts, or does the whole thing get rebuilt? The price jumped almost immediately on announcement, but I’m curious how long after an announcement of a deal like this does it take for new targets and estimates to begin emerging?
