The one thign they never show you when they put ironman hawaii on TV is the sheer number of athleetc that soil themselves due to the lactic acid build up. Had a fried that did iron man canada and he passed soemoen on the bike who was literally riding the chocolate highway. He had soiled himself, his bike, shorts etc.
ahh gym stories… Not as funny of a story but a decent one… I worked at the gym in college. We had this member(student) who would grunt SOOOOooo loudly that everyone at the gym would look at him. He was called the screamer. He wore huge headphones and all but he must have still been able to hear himself. One day at work we decided to wait till a scream was about to occur and then shut off the music system. The entire gym is just full of him screaming in complete silence. He had no idea as he was wearing his huge earphones. lol… Ahh I miss “jobs” like that…
Oh man…I had forgotten all about the sink story. I still laugh my arse off every time I read it.
