Almost got this. Can hold the side lever now, but making progress from a side lever up to the top is tough. Doing work to get the rest of the way now. And no, this is not me. Its just the completed version of the movement.

why is he happy that he has the mumps

Those look more like tumors to me, and his lying on his side implies hes dead. I’m guessing he died of his cancer, then rigomortis set in, hence the grin.

Those are supposed to represent muscles you imbecile.

well the rain along with the cold is gone from cali. so it is time for me to get vegas ready. as they oficially started this month. anyways here is my daily routine.

m to th. i run after work for an hr to the local community college about a 5 mile run.

friday i play pick up ball at the local park for 3 hrs with my core crew.

saturday i run by the beach for about 4 miles. i do 100 burpees. 500 stairs right now. i get super sore from this. eventually i will ratchet it up to about 200 burpees. 1000 stairs and 2 miles of running.

M/W/F - 5am gym with 1-2 brahs for about an hour of weightlifting.

T/Th - early morning runs on my own. Currently re-ramping up my mileage so only doing 3-6 miles per run for now.

Weekend - one morning is reserved for long runs, up to 15+ miles eventually when I’ve re-established my mileage base. The other morning is for running-related conditioning including core and stability exercises.
