We went to a place called Duane Park last week. It was a burlesque show, not a full strip show, but I must admit that the food was awesome, and the show was pretty fun, too.
I agree with Turd, too many people talking out of their a$$ here. I stopped reading that other thread ages ago.
3 days a week heavy weights (45 - 60 mins per workout), 50 laps in the pool once a week, at least one other sport, good sleep (7-8 hours/night), lots of water, chicken/steak/fish, sweet potatoes, loads of fruits and vegetables.
edit: And for some reason posting pics from my PC still doesn’t work.
^^ can you copy and paste off the web? I got my photo on here by first putting it on FB (setting the privacy setting to “only me”. I don’t want a headless photo of me on my FB page). Then I copy and paste from FB.
Don’t you get scared going home this time of night at Philly ? I was there a few months ago and didn’t dare go out after 2200. I forgot the name of my hotel but it was around chestnust/walnut st which isn’t that bad presumably but still…
I actually did post a pic briefly on this thread but felt a bit embarrassed about how amazingly good I looked and it seemed kind of lame also posting to mainly a group of guys. What is this www.analystbodybuilders.com lolol
I had mine up for a few hours (although not completely shirtless, just seemed sleezy). People saw it, I made my point, which is simply that I am generally considered an very good athlete from a family where both of my brothers had full scholarships for football …rather than just hammering a keyboard making things up.
That being said, based on the 30 or so people I’ve met from AF over the years, the people that claim to be athletic generally are very athletic, as skeptical as I may have been beforehand. Except for FT who still can’t figure out how to post a picture (post it to FB with privacy settings at “only you” then copy and past from there to AF within the browser’s clipboard).
