I’m finally getting stronger on flat bench dumbbells. I was stuck at 100lbs x 5reps for a while.
Been getting comfortable with 110s. Did 8 rep warmup on 90lbs. Then -
Cranked out 110lbs x 5 reps today for set 1 and 2, 110 x 4rep 3 and 4. Then dropped back to 90 and did probably 8 sets of 6-8 reps, keeping the 110s for 5 rep sets dumbell row in between. 90s feel real light now.
My area of coverage is limited to Indians and those that might as well be Indians (basically all of non-japan asia and korea). Since I don’t see color, I can’t comment on CvM. Though my best guess is he’s actually stayed away.
And this one I feel we can close the books on. No way Blake is PA. PA has shown no knowledge of programming, ability to choose the best cell phone provider, or the talent to hit an 85 mph fast ball. I think Blake has probably moved on too.
For someone your size, that’s good. I don’t lift that much.
We have similar physique although for some reason you look a lot smaller than me on that pic (pecs and arms especially). I’m guessing our bone structure is different. I’m 6’1 and I peaked at 195 lbs. My body always tends to revert back to 180 lbs. Currently at 185 lbs. Best way to increase weight is to eat like a true carnivore (steak, chicken, turkey, tuna). I don’t want to know how many animals are killed/tortured every week to satisfy my hunger.
Alright, I guess all the applicants are in, yes? Birdman wins. I like that one the best. (But don’t get too excited Bird, I’m asexual…common known AF fact)
