Passed. Somehow. Over 70% in FRA, Ethics and Equity…sucked in everything else. I guess it pays to concentrate on the high content areas. Last year I was a band 10 fail and did great on everything but bombed FRA. Onward to Level III.

If you put in over 500 hours, it is definitely worth trying again. Because next time, it will be half as much time as it will all be revision for you. I would ask for retabulation. I heard that one guy passed from Band 10 last year. This is hearsay though. I do not know of anyone directly. What the heck.
