I know, i am asking this question which is not related to this thread, i recently got a offer from MNC bank for its corporate Real estate analysis. But in that analysis no valuation part is included, that is covered out of India.
I am a chartered Accountant and CPA as well, My job is to cover the cost effect of real estate for the bank. Will my experience be considered for Charterholder or i need to change the profile.
Please help me on this…
