Ordering my P90X today

German potato soup gets me every time. “What’s the tip of the day? GASP. I forgot!” Keep it up guys. There’s a forum on P90X if you are interested: http://www.weightloss-hq.biz/weight-loss-forum/p90x-forum.html You can set up daily logs, read through other user’s experience, etc.

OK I had to look this up as I haven’t gotten to the German Potato Soup yet http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bt0Q7m5_w7A hahaha top funniest quotes from P90X… http://nachosrule.blogspot.com/2008/07/p90x-best-quotes-and-moments.html

Plyometrics knocked my panties off today. Can anyone actually do those stupid Rock star hops?

Plyo is a real b*tch. Two half-assed rock star hops was about all I could ever manage. I eventually started skipping plyo and doing kenpo instead and also going for a run.

When I first started I had to pause about 6 times to let my heart rate drop (at about 190 bpm). By my third time I could get through without pausing. This is the toughest workout for sure. Try to find a way to love it. Also, you will learn to hate Debbie Seibers. If you don’t know what I mean by that you will soon. Edit: I shouldn’t have said “I wouldn’t do this” because I don’t know what your goals are. What I meant was - it gets easier pretty quickly.

I also found that plyo started to hurt my knees, regardless of my ability to land ‘like a cat’.

Think I’m gonna go with the ‘Shake Weight’…
