I don’t think I did well in the AM, I’ve seen the results of others who passed and they mostly had much much better AM results than mine…

Makes me actually quite confident that I passed. Matrix should definitely come in better than these, and I would think the same for a majority of AF’ers. So I think on this positive note, it’s probably the best time for me to check out from the forum for a little while. Time to get off the whole CFA insanity, it’s been polluting my life for the last 6 months. And we can’t even have a useful conversation on the examination.
Still over 2 months before results come in, so best to focus on other matters until then!

No… I didn’t leave any AM question blank… I was confident of >70 in Alternative, FI & Economics… wasn’t the case when results came out… I remember leaving 5 marks in Fixed Income and some 10-13 in PM-Individual… I planned my strategy to finish with PM-Individual and Institutional… I ended up with 40mins for the 4 qstns in those two… 10mins each… They were my strongest but as you can see from my results, I didnt do well… I knew better this year…
Compared the supposed “Band 11” matrix to the Band 10 fail. Obviously its not a perfect math but to get an idea I chose 49% as low range, and 60.5 for middle, and 71% as highest range. They both did well but “Band 11” had more in total points in the 50% + range which makes me think for the stuff he/she got less than 50% for was probably closer to the 50% mark than the Band 10. But I feel bad for the Band 10. So close man. I really hope you make it this time.
