a coworker told me about how he used to give his wife a hard time for not setting up here 401k when she rolled it from a previous job a couple years ago and letting it sit in all cash- she has him beat by ~25% now even with a 2% return 
My hubby and I started funding ours (401kās) about 2 years ago and we havenāt really adjusted anything since. Were pretty diversified and the amount isnāt that substantial so weāre riding it out. All savings/ other funds are in cash though- now Iām really glad iāve been to lazy to do all the paperwork compliance bs necessary to open an acct as a industry rep. Who knows what I might have done.
Yesā¦buy now like the LEH, FRE, FNM, AIG etc etc. bagholders did. This time is around is very different, my friend.
