Post-exam Survey

Mk, did you not get the pre exam one? I’m assuming the people that got the Pre survey are also getting the post survey.

I did get the pre-exam one… but last year, I got pre-exam, but not post-exam survey, so I figured both are random.

yea i feel ya. One more month, so im just trying to stay busy and not think about it. Its amazing how much time i have now to take on other hobbies. Its great! I dont remember getting a pre survey this year either but who knows. Just try to enjoy the summer. Anyways, good luck!

if youre a criminal, then get on the floor

Did everyone who received the post exam survey have the question asing if you would retake the exam if you failed?

yup! that’s what freaked me out… But everybody calmed me down and made me realize i’m just freaking out over nothing…

I did. I wrote that I left the exam having lost some respect for the Institute given the way they ask some of the questions. Hopefully they don’t trace my responses back to my exam and give me an auto-FAIL!

Just completed post survey

Not me. My survey asked how soon I would enroll in L3 if I passed. - PalacioHill Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > Did everyone who received the post exam survey > have the question asing if you would retake the > exam if you failed?

That’s messed up Hank LOL

ahahha, that is clever. but i wouldn’t bet on the institute making different surveys for those who failed and passed. if they really did, then i would really lose respect for it.

i was asked “how much would you pay to pass lvl 2?” i responded back with $5. i figured if i said $5000, they probably fail me right away and start collecting.

I got this survey: CFA Institute Survey to Better Understand Your Involvementt with the Organization, anyone else got it too?

No. I’m in the same camp as everyone else here. I just finished my survey last night and I leaned in on them about the need for more practice exams and EOC questions. ------------------------------------------------------- > Dude are you serious > > Hank Moody Wrote: > -------------------------------------------------- > ----- > > Not me. I got a pre and post survey as well. I couldn’t remember many of the questions from the test all that well, so I didn’t have many suggestions there. Plus, overall, I thought the test was pretty fair. I did complain about the practice exams containing wrong answers, and the amount of practice exams we are given (would two really hurt?) I also mentioned the fact that I thought it was a money-grab that they don’t make Level I candidates who passed in December and opted to take Level II the following Spring eligible for the “early sign-up” discount. Obviously, a candidate who passed would’ve signed up in time had he known he passed, but their schedule doesn’t allow for that. I also complained about the annual exam format for Levels II and III and how semi-annual would be better, as well as the time it takes to get the scores out… but I know this is like complaining about the weather or taxes… it’s never going to change.

A survey may be nothing about the result.

uhm…what if you didn’t respond to the surveys…?

I don’t know, but that was an choice for this action.

I responded to the pre exam survey and found the post exam survey at a later date in my over enthusiastic spam folder, at this point it was past the cut off date to respond. I am sure I cannot be the only one this has happened to. The chances are the responses go to a completely different area of CFA, than that which marks the papers…well I hope so at least!
