Failed, for the second year in a row. Really devastated right now. Left the exam center really feeling like i’d done enough to pass. So many nights at work where the only people left were me and the cleaners. So many skipped events on weekends. It makes me sick. I hate to call myself a quitter, but I honestly don’t know if I have another 300 hours in me.

How did you get the breakdown between AI/Derv, or just guessing because you’re stronger in Derv?
How did you do for quant from pure guessing? Good thing it was a small part of the test, but actually because you scored so high, you could have gotten zero on quant and still passed.
Sorry, I corrected it. It is either 70 or 70+ in both AI and Derivative as per the score I received. So I will assume 70 to be conservative.
Band 10 retaker here. Finally Passed. I really busted my ass for it this time… but not sure if I am relieved or somewhat excited to do all this over in the next coming months. I JUST GOT USED to slack off and relax…
Anyway here is my score.
50<>70 : Alt, Deri, Quant
>70 : Corp Finance, Equity, Ethics, FRA
>90 : Economics, Fixed Income, Portfolio

For those who sadly failed. Keep at it. I failed last year, band 9, this time 7x >70% , 2x >60% 1x > 50%

eyeballing the 60%. I think you can see quite accurately now if you measure that scale up.

it was a big relief this morning to see that i passed. couldn’t sleep till 2 am last night worrying and work up at 7 am… yay!
My quant score was on the 10th percentile line. So looks like probably I got 33%? (Someone who did better on Quant should comment on this haha)
Given how well I did on other sections, and overall, I think I would have still gotten in 90th, even if I left Quant blank.
Absolutely. Just announce the MPS. What’s the big deal in it. Why keep it a secret.

i tried replying three times but drinking and fat fingers do not mix well! I had a score well above the 90th line for alts and deriv and the rest were 90th or around the line
