Memberships should be prorated. I would call them.
Or you can join and not pay if you fail, membership status goes inactive, until you’re done and hopefully you’re not screwed cuz you didnt pay for 2 years, sorry…

I guess I have been having an affair with CFA Institute but I’ve never really loved her, despite the crack spread education, and am looking forward to a more arms length relationship. If we fail and retake I guess we’d be CFA gimps for another year rather than being able to cut our chains and run free into the sunshine.
Any suggestions on which society to join? I’m living in Connecticut but work in NYC and will most likely be moving in less than a year(Don’t know where). Any advantages/disadvantages to choosing a smaller vs larger society??
