Shame I didn’t get secret sauce. I’ve read through the CFAI text twice on this, but the PMR explanation just seems to be a history lesson discussing various changes to the rule - ie. no actual hard and fast PMR rule with some bullet points that I can study. As a result I’ve still got no idea what all of the differences are. Aaaargh!
