I recently graduated with my MBA in finance and I am looking to get a job in risk management. I wanted to know if getting a CFA will be beneficial to getting a job? If it will help advance my career and compensation? Is there a benefit to studying long hours and having additional costs to pass the CFA?
You might want to first consider the FRM. It’s all about risk.
The short answer is no. Risk Management is a separate thing to CFA.
