Why would you do a program like CFA for anything but the initials?
I have the Charters hanging up giving me the auroa of accomplishment. I don’t see why one needs to pay ~$400 a year just to rep some letters after their name. When I was still coming up, I needed the letters for cred, now that I’m ‘there’ I don’t need the cred that much. Heck, even my boss has the CFA and stopped paying dues simply due to the low return on investment.
I can still make it out to local society events without being a member; though as others have said, local societal events tends to be more of the youngins hustlin’ a job.
