What will the top 2-3 candidates be?

Still working on it. Clearly Austin is one of them. San Antonio, Denver, Charleston and Raleigh sound promising as well. SLC is off the list after I looked into the dating scene there and pretty much every chick on match.com is LDS which is a non-starter. I don’t remember it being that prevalent whenever I’ve been there but I guess there are a lot of stealth Mormons. Nevada side of Tahoe is ridiculously expensive after looking at real estate so that’s out. Still need to look into a couple of places in Florida.

Yo Bro, where you going to live kiddo? If you decide on Texas, I motion to have an AF longhorn roping event lead by our main man (no homo) Greenie! What do you say?

Still looking. Probably Texas. I don’t know about the rope thing though.

Ya dig?

Greenman would be riding a bantha while roping jawas.

Good news. If you move to Austin, you can go to the Palazzio strip club and see Farrah Abraham. Apparently, she’s stripping for “research.”

She was one of the original Teen Moms on MTV, and the one who did porn.

Let me throw a curve-ball in here: Nashua, New Hamshpire. It’s New England, so beautiful, and has proximity to Boston (hour and a half), skiing, and the ocean. Best part is that NH is the lowest taxed state in the northeast, hands down. If I had your flexibility and the desire to avoid income taxes, I’d say NH is a good bet.

Easy.

Minneapolis or Big Sky Montana

cliffs on the fund?

How about Ferguson, MO.?

Great COL, property is cheap, and there’s a real sense of community.

Exactly. They have nightly block parties and fireworks. How can you go wrong?

^ If bro refuses, he’s a racist.

St Louis (suburbs) is actually a pretty good place to live, low COL, low crime etc…

Not that crazy of an idea, he would be buying the low.

According to a BBC study, Austin, Texas is ranked the second best city in the world for dating.

I have been to half the states in the US and about 35 foreign countries. Austin does indeed have some incredible talent.
