Errrm Any chance this excelsheet still exists??
How can I download it? 
It’s a strange format, I know. I tried it too. In the end I just saved it as"Web Page, complete" so as to permanently have it on computer if the link stops working.
(all these steps are assuming you’re using Chrome)
I figured out how to get the thing into a google spreadsheet.

Right click and choose “Save Link As” -

choose “Chrome HTML Document” in the box labeled “Save as type:”

Open a new google spreadsheet. in Google.

Under menu option “File”, choose “Import…”

In the dialog box that opens, choose the “Upload” tab.

In the center of the window, click the botton “Select a file from your computer”.

Locate and choose the file you saved in step #3.

Google now acts as we all had hoped it would when we originally clicked on the link the very first time.

Since there has to be a 10th item, Let’s leave with this: In the famouse words of Scarface: "You got it man. When I say I’m wit ch’you, I mean, “I’m wit ch’you”.
Screw it. Here’s a link to file, and according to google, you can now edit it. I tweaked the formatting for the sake of printing it in landscape on L4 or Letter sized paper.
