I lived in Norcal for 4 years in college and LA for over 20 years. I’m obviously partial to LA, but comparing the weather, I disagree that Norcal has “beautiful” weather. It’s cloudy or raining 75% of the year. The air does feel a lot fresher and cleaner than the air in LA, but as Mobius said, you can’t beat the LA 75 degree weather for 75% of the year. If I were really neutral between all cities, I would probably go with NYC because there are the most finance jobs there. With NYC exp, you can move to one of the other cities and find work.
Out of the big “Finance” cities Chicago probably offers the most bang for the buck in terms of value. Plus, if you’re like me, you can get by without a car which leaves even more money for discretionary spending / saving. Weather is also probably the worst out of all of the above too…

What city have the cutest female population? From what i have heard, boston/ny are pretty horrible.

Usually, the further south you go the better looking the women are, but BC definitely bucks that trend. You have to love that silly Canadian accent as well.
