Schweser Mock Exams

While taking CFAI mock, it feels tougher than schweser mock. Yet in both L1 and now L2 I’ve scored better in CFAI mocks overall than schweser. Schweser has tricky wording vs CFAI being more straightforward. The schweser mocks feel like I’m searching for a needle in a haystack. It’s also more plug and chug type problems. I haven’t taken L2 yet, but given how I felt L1 was, I’d expect the test questions to be more theory-based than how schweser presents their questions.

I feel that schweser Volume 2 is harder than volume 1. My vol 2 scores are higher than Vol 1 but that’s just because I’ve done revision of all sections now. Even after my revision, the Vol 2 tests felt a lot harder and more specific overall.

I’m the only one who thinks that volume 1 is harder than volume 2, especially because of the long and treasure-hunting volume 1 type of questions, while volume 2 has more short and straightforward questions?

A little more difficult than Mock A, there are a couple very tough concept questions from AM. If you’re talking about Schweser practice exams, these are way easier compare to CFAI mocks.
