I started reading CFATexts but after reading 100 pages or so I already started to feel lost and not so focused. Schweser just seems more to the point…so I’m inclined to stick to Schweser and maybe back-up where I feel Schweser is weak. Anyway did anyone get through Level 1 using Schweser only to find that they failed Level 2 because they depended on Schweser?
I cleared Level 1 and Level 2 just using schweser. You can bank upon that, the good thing with schweser is that you have it in the pdf form. You can go through it even in office at times when you are free. Just go through the solved CFAI Example Q’s, Chapter summary notes and EOC questions thoroughly after one read of schweser. By solving them, you can gauge your strengths and weakness, then apportion time accordingly in your revision plan. Regards

I hear you, I started with the CFAI texts but was completely lost and realized that I won’t have time to cover it at this rate. I switched ot Schweser two weeks ago and am hoping if I know that, it’ll be enough to get me through. Will do EOC questions from CFAI and read the summaries. Regarding PDF files, I live in Hong Kong and am surrounded by the pirated versions of such texts from schweser, lol.
Address or those pirated versions don’t exist.
I had the regular book version last year but I also had some downtime in the office when I could read it on the computer… Can’t really break out a book though and start reading…
