I have taken CFAI Free Sample (70%), Sample1 (62%), 2007 written (68%), 2006 (76%), Schweser Online #1 PM (63%) - Am in the ballpark? On the fence? One foot in the grave?
With those scores, I’d place a bet on you for my portfolio. Perhaps not guaranteed - few are - but I think the chances are pretty good.
it depends how you do on the exam… it always comes to that, unless u score consistently over 85% or under 55%, anything can happen. ur just good as anybody
Its been 10 years since Ive taken a test of any kind (that didn’t involve a breathalyzer) - so when my scores are scattered and the material so vast - I just dont know what the marginal improvement is for another 15-20 hours of studying…

Im focusing on Secret Sauce - just going to read it like a dimestore novel (or better yet, Penthouse Forum… "Dear Penthouse Forum, I thought it could never happen to me - I recently met with my Portfolio Manager and she was a SMOKIN HOT BLONDE! She proceeded to show me her ALPHAS… and they were bigger than MOST Alphas I’ve seen… said she couldn’t promise me anything… err wait… get back (~Reality~)) Im going to use SS to focus on the main topics and get a few points here and there…
i do the same thing, actually on the last day, i alwasy pull out the 6 page print out that comes at the end of the schweser notes. It’s really big picture stuff so nothing too heavy, but is great for little things that you forget if not reminded of. It’s a quick way of going through all the high levels points from start to finish.

I am intrigued that you are scoring better in the morning than in the afternoon. If someone could guarantee me a 60% in the morning, I would be virtually certain of passing. Last 3 PM scores are 83%, 83%, 86% (Schweser Vol 2). AM scores sometimes look like they are in the 50s (I am less careful in grading them).
