On L1, the Mock was definitely harder than the real test. The practice exams were on-par or a bit easier than the real test.
I am selling the Stalla Mock Exam and Review package. This includes: 1) a morning practice test and CD of Olinto and Hetherington going over the answers and providing test taking strategies and studying tips, 2) a practice exam book (3 full exams with answers/explanations at the end of the book) A $425 value, as listed on the Stalla website. I’m selling for $125. New and unopened. Reply to the craigslist if interested. http://boston.craigslist.org/sob/bks/1164390538.html
I just got violated by the AM section of the Stalla mock. 60%. I don’t think I’ll walk right for at least a week. I had to guess on a ton of them, but after looking at the explanation of the answers, I couldn’t believe I didn’t remember the concept. BTW…If that craigslist post by pjm is legit, I would jump all over it if you don’t already have the Stalla mock.
Gotta be honest here. I got my hands on a couple of the Stalla practice exams and they are definitely very different types of questions than the actual exame ones. Now I don’t know if they’re harder per se, but very different. For what it’s worth, I’ll spend my time letting Schweser Book 7 stick it to me. My $0.02
pjm i sent ya an email
Bipolarboyboston, sorry, i’m only looking to sell for the $125. let me know if still interested.

Book 7 exam 1 was ok, but tough. Exams 2/3 are unreasonable are testing every minutia there is. The Stalla exams (I only did 1, I will do 2/3 the end of the month) are calculation intensive and overly wordy.
