^ Overall look is fine, but not for me because they don’t look very comfortable (i.e. the insole is fused to the shoe, so not removable but won’t be an issue if you never have foot pain) and I’m also not a fan of logos. Some reviewers said the shoes fell apart in a couple months which is never a good sign.
The only stuff I buy from Ralph Lauren is Purple Label because the quality for the other lines can be so variable.
yeah I used to rock polo all day but I’ve been going logoless as of late.
merona has a cheap canvas shoe at target that I bought and liked. Not sure it’s still there.

I personally dislike logos, particularly the big brash ones.
Makes me feel like I’m paying to be branded like cattle. Might as well staple a giant tag to my ear like they do with real cattle.
If you dress well, the brand shouldn’t matter.

I’ve ordered shirts from Indochino before, and they’re terrible. Low quality, uncomfortable material, poor fit. I blame the fit on myself (can only be as good as the measurements you send them), and supposedly they’ve upgraded the cloth since then, but I still won’t be going back.
As far as shoes go, I’m a huge supporter of Allen Edmonds. Take care of them (polish, shoe trees/horns, etc) and they’ll last forever, and honestly all you need are to collect Strand, Fifth Ave and Park Ave styles in all the different colors, and maybe the occasional pair of some other style you like. Keep em polished and the lady’s notice. But I only wear these to work or when I’m dressed to impress, otherwise just some plain sneakers for me.
Casual friday’s I’ll wear a polo/golf shirt kind of thing with some nice jeans and shoes, but on my personal time I’m all about the plain black/grey tee’s from wally world (4 for $15 - I have about a thousand of them haha). Like Chad, I find flaunting logo’s cheesy, and graphic tees make me feel like a kid.
