I’m retaking Level 2 this year as well and agree with you entirely – thanks for sharing those excellent points Bobby. I’ve only done one mock so far, although I am almost finished with the CFAI online practice assessments and planning to do 3 mocks this week while off from work. Pho, last year I only used schweser. I did the EOC’s but wasn’t scoring that well in them. I had taken level 1 in December and waited until I got the results back to begin studying level 2. Another costly mistake.
Imperfect hedge, all of the online assessments combined are basically like doing 3 mocks. Personally I think doing those online assessments is more valuable than doing 3 schweser mocks. Schweser mocks are good but can’t beat the questions coming from the source!
