I have an interview tomorrow for a trading assistant position. I’ve been practicing and reviewing for a bit now but i’m not sure exactly what kind of questions i will be asked. If anyone has any suggestions it will be greatly appreciated. The interview is with one of the firm’s traders and director of research (already met with HR and someone from the department).

Probably will be a lot of behavioral questions to make sure you’re a good “fit” for the firm. They might also ask you about the market in general, where you think things are headed. Know where the exchanges are at after the close today. Be able to tell them very clearly why you want to go into trading.
Emphasis on knowing where indices close today.
Does anyone have that link to the efinancialcareers PDF that has detailed descriptions on most finance career tracks? I think that would be useful here but i cant seem to find it anywhere. GenY
