I went to L1 of the ASA training. To be honest, it wasn’t very difficult. It was mainly three days of relatively easy information, followed up by a pretty easy test. If L1 is any indicator of what L2-4 are like, then I would say that it has relatively little academic rigor.
I second what he says about CPA certification.
