Hit the major spots: CN tower, rogers stadium, some castle forgot the name of, natural history museum, st Lawrence market, financial district . Went to a fish restaurant on Adelaide street I think it was. Also went to a hipster restaurant in an area that reminded me of mission district in San Fran.
I’m guessing Castle Loma, Royal Ontario Museum and Kensington Market for the Mission-like neighbourhood.
Ottawa is definitely not the most exciting place on the planet: downtown pretty much shuts down by 4:30ish. I’d take visiting Montreal and/or Quebec City any day over Ottawa!
yep! Those were the spots. Also went to the distillery district but not much going On there. To tell you the truth Toronto is not a great city to visit for a tourist.
‘My’ native language definitely has more speakers than some crappy French horseshit and you are absolutely right it was worth preserving then it would be preserved.
Sorry that shitcunt language French doesn’t make the cut apart from trashy Westerners who try too hard to be ‘cultured’ and ‘worldly’
Even the Spanish speaking world is learning English. Get used to it.
Do you know the easiest way to shag a French girl on vacation? Speak to them in English, I’m dead serious.
They’ll be all alone on the side looking in on the party with longing eyes cursing their shitty parents for teaching them that the world speaks French only for it to come all crashing down when they realize no one gives a damn about that flowery language.
