no this is $0 comissions for individual stocks. this was actually broguth about by robinhood. then traditional brokers piled in. interactive brokers. schwab. td . e-trade. then now fidelity. vangaurd charges 7 bucks. unless you have 2m or something. in which case it becomes free.
