Who knew about Coase Theorem & Molodovsky Effect before the 2013 Mock exam

Come again? You are going to read the text again?? Speak clearly

I knew about Molodovsky. Didn’t know about Coase

Coase theorem has to deal with trading an externality with no transactions cost.

Great thread - made me feel less alone!

Definitely had NO clue about either one going in, yet somehow managed to get the answers right by knowing enough about the other choices to make an educated (or not so educated) guess.

Managed a 43/43 (71.7%) by the seat of my pants. I feel like I got lucky in my areas of strength, and even luckier with my weaknesses. No confidence I could replicate that score on D-Day - but I know I’m not alone in second guessing myself this week…!

learned coase theorem in an undergrad econ class. good to see it pay off. To be honest, I dont see how any of this 2nd year level theoretical econ stuff (Solow, endogeneous growth model etc) is beneficial… especially without proper derivations with calculus. Huge waste of time.
