Bro I am no psychologist but honestly I would think twice about continuing the relationship with her.Some issues like the one your wife has about spending money on matters like these in such short time maybe signs of deep insecurities like underneath.I am married to an MD who is studying to become an orthopedic surgeon with her father owning about 2 hospitals in Iran(Very very rich man).Yet she insists whenever we go on a holiday to take the economy flight,drives a very normal car(santafe) and does everything in her power not to make me feel inferior since I am not at the top of my career route right now,yet we have so many problems we need to discuss including but not limited to everything you possibly can think of.I am very lucky to have a very healthy girl as my wife but life is shit even with such a decent girl,yet you have a girl who apparently has a very destructive way of arguing and settling the issues.Dude no matter how much capital you make the level of holidays you guys are enjoying is way too much.

Well about half of those could easily have been weekends.
Let’s assume all of them were weekend trips. Assuming they were all 400$ per night 2-night trips with at least one fancy dinner (300$) and a total outlay for food and drinks of 600$, that puts the price tag at 1,400$ without flights, transportation, souvenirs and tickets for museums, sights, etc. A person who pays 400$ per night on a hotel will most likely not fly economy and get a Chevy Cruze as a rental, which leads me to belive the price tag for each one of these “short trips” is about 3,500$ and that is very conservative estimate, as most of us know how easily it is to run over budget in vacations. So six vacations would sum up to 21,000$. You have got to earn quite the paycheck to run such a vacation budget while maintaing two properties and saving for retirement. I am not saying its impossible, but highly unlikely. If it’s true, kudos to you, OP.
One thing that has not been mentioned; many women are not naive little flowers, they know what they are doing, and they know it is wrong, they do it because they have learned they can get away with it.
They wait for the day when the guy finally confronts them, and they have years of rehearsal mentally building up their defense “but you, but you, etc”. So one day the guy tip toes in and tries to act nice “hey I think maybe…” she sees he is finally confronting the issue, and she explodes with her prepared defense for an overwhelming win.
When people have drifted this far out of control it’s hard to reel them back in, I would not tip toe, generally these people know what they are doing is wrong. Just a different view to consider!
This thread reminds me of why I prefer to remain single at this stage of my life. 100% of my time and 100% of my money go towards things I want.
And to the poster who told the OP that 21K is a lot to spend on vacations in a year, that’s 10K per person. I’m on pace to shatter that number by the end of the year, so it is believable.

South Africa and Seychelle for the honeymoon last August (2weeks). Dubai for my birthday in november (3days), Brazil and Argentina (2 weeks) for ‘2nd honeymoon’ apparently, Paris (2 nights), Bruges (2 nights).

Wow. This. Been in this exact spot with my near fiance and she completely rolled me over. Went on for another 6mo or so until I got the balls to fully call her out on her shit. We broke up and I’m so much happier now. Just be prepared to accept all possibilities even if it goes nuclear. And for the next girl, call her out almost immediately and on like 95% of her shit. Honestly, she will more than likely appreciate it in the end if she’s even somewhat reasonable (relatively speaking).
Converting from GBP to USD and then transporting from London to west Texas won’t tell a true story here as the cost of living in the UK is just so much more fucking expensive, particularly in London. £20 a week for a cleaner is pretty reasonable and the holidays aren’t that bad in a year considering one is the honeymoon. Lots of weekends here and there and you can get reasonably priced flights out to places like Bruges and Ibiza.
Pokhim, I don’t think your missus sounds that bad, most of the responses on this thread are written as if she wants you to fund it all for both of you. The only worrying thing is that she doesn’t seem to appreciate your efforts so that’s the main thing I’d focus on.

While I get the sentiment, I prefer to look at it as aligning the interests of all the financial counterparties. Seriously though, this is already into backfire territory regardless of course of action, might as well have everyone aligned on your side when the first shots go out. If he tackles it solo, he’s stingy. If he tackles this with her family backing him the argument changes.
Additionally, this is important is because you are teaching her a very fundamental lesson about finances and credit that she does not understand. When you are in debt, your debtors own you and your debts become responsibilities that will to a certain degree dictate your actions. If her parents hadn’t lent her the money, the hammer would not be dropping so hard. This seems like a lesson she does not get.
