The point was Markopolous knew Madoffs operations better than Madoffs own employees and pretty much every assertion he made in the letter was right and the fact that the SEC did absolutely nothing is hard to believe. No, the point was that we already knew about this letter. It was big news years ago. We all know who Markopolis, CFA is. The thread was funny tho.
