On Tuesday, December 15, at 5:30 in the morning I check into the hospital.
At 7:30 that morning, the surgical team will begin to give me a brand spankin’ new, Six-Million-Dollar Man left knee. (Though I learned last Thursday that I get to keep my OEM kneecap. Cool.)
