This is interesting.

When I was in my teens I was able to do a 5:06 mile… but getting down to sub-5 in my 30s would be something pretty special. I also think it’s something achievable, not like 10k swim…where I’m training for hours every day killing myself.

The alternative is to just hit the gym hard again. Do a 3 month training and diet plan, shed a few pounds and get an Indian lick my abs sick pack… That would be fun too…
