Brilliant. You’re upset that people with a deadly, contagious disease are being brought to your area. What do you do?
A. Stay the fuq away.
B. Storm and loot the facility, potentially infecting yourself and everyone in town.
I’m confused about many parts of this story. However, in particular, why would the ebola patients run away? Weren’t they getting treatment at the facility?
They probably weren’t Charterholders.
I don’t think the locals believe Ebola is real. We are talking about mostly uneducated people that likely don’t understand what a virus is. They certainly dont understand how it spreads. Its probably viewed either as a government conspiracy or voodoo curse.

Seems like you would come back later though, and be like “hey I still need medicine”. So, most likely, the patients are indeed ignorant about the disease, or don’t care for whatever reason. Maybe they just file this under the N number of things that might kill them at any time. The other implication is that the patients are being held against their will…
^ See the case earlier in the thread where the infected guy started peeing on everyone. They have no idea how Ebola works or what it is. This is why its a major emergency there, whereas in western areas this would be a minor threat. This is an education emergency really.
I think the pee guy knew what is going on. He just wanted to F people up. The other people - yeah, there is some educational issue here. Not just with ebola, but also other diseases like AIDS that could theoretically be eradicated if people stopped spreading it.
Apparently, if you’re an african and you die, you’re suspected of having ebola…or if you went to West Africa and have a…sore throat and a headache…EBOLA
