write to them…they will tell you when they sent a request to their printer to print and ship the charter…they’ll also give you an expected date of receipt, and to let them know in case you still havent got it by that date so that they can send you another one…

Mine came 10/29, was approved for membership 9/26. This thing seems even bigger in person!
