Thanks for the reply. In the guidelines answers for the 2007 exam, the relevant reading is ‘Global Performance Evaluation’ by Bruno Solnik. I thought that reading had been dropped for the 2014 curriculum. Is this still covered in the othere Performance Evaluation Readings?
